Enhance Your Life & Leadership Through Coaching
Coaching is powerful!
Everybody needs coaching at some point in life to recognize their potential and reach what otherwise might seem impossible. The truth is, it’s impossible to fully comprehend what we are capable of on our own. We need others to help us see and reach our fullest potential. A good coach comes alongside to help clients face their life and leadership transition times and transformation zones and works with clients to show them how to find traction in a world filled with increasing tensions and distractions.
Llewellyn is one of these coaches who has the ability help you find and achieve more in life. His unique coaching style enables him to quickly guide clients to their sweet spot of influence feeling encouraged, equipped, empowered, and elevated for greater significance and success.

Self-Coaching through Reading
“Reading is private coaching for the soul! Not only does it enhance your life, it elevates your capacity to think proactively and equips you to lead more effectively.”
Llewellyn Janzen

Leaders are readers. More importantly, leaders are learners!
I wasn’t always a proficient reader. In fact, earlier in my leadership career as a pastor I didn’t spend much time reading other than when it was essential for study and team training purposes. However, since then my reading habits have drastically changed. While attending a Bulletproof Manager Course® as a young youth pastor, I realized that for me to become a great leader I would first need to become a consistent reader. And I did! Throughout the years, I have put this important leadership principle of self-coaching through reading into practice to the point where I have developed, and now diligently follow, a detailed yearly leadership growth plan which outlines all of my daily personal, professional, and pastoral reading. This has had remarkable results in my life and leadership. I have read some dynamic books on topics that have shaped the way I think, lead, and live.
I know the value that daily reading has brought to my life and leadership.
If you want to grow and develop as a leader much like I have done, begin by forming a habit of intentionally, strategically, and consistently reading something positive and life-building every day that inspires you and challenges your leadership. Your presence and influence as a leader will increase exponentially. Your leadership capability will grow. Your capacity will broaden beyond anything you can think or imagine. You will feel more confident. And you will grow as a leader!
My Top 3 Book Choices of the Month
Here are my top three book recommendations for this month (in no particular order).
10 Leadership Virtues for Disruptive times
Tom Ziglar
Every once in a while a book comes along that speaks to the heart of true leadership. 10 Leadership Virtues for Disruptive Times by Tom Ziglar is one of those books. The way we live and look at leadership has changed since the global COVID-19 pandemic, affecting how we work, how we adapt, and what we prioritize. Tom Ziglar has done a masterful job all throughout this book reimagining leadership through ten core values necessary for leaders desiring to rise and adapt well in uncertain, disruptive times.

Master of One
Jordan Raynor
If excellence is a value that you either ascribe to or aspire to have in life, the Master of One by Jordan Raynor is the perfect book for you. Master of One is about the power of choosing—identifying, improving, and investing into the main influential talent, gift, and passion you have for the sake of achieving the highest level of impact you can have in work, life, and ministry. Essentially, it is a book about mastery, having and developing a personal mindset that results in the pursuit of excellence in all things for the glory of God and the good of others.

The Vision Driven Leader
Michael Hyatt
Being Visionary is not only a mark of a great leader, in today’s changing culture and economy being vision-driven is a prerequisite for effective leadership. The Vision-Driven Leader by Michael Hyatt tells us why the establishing, explaining, and executing of a great vision is such a crucial component of contemporary leadership. This is a must-read book if you genuinely desire to enhance and expand your leadership influence.

“Find and focus on the work you were created to do. Pursue excellence in all things. Better yet, pursue exceptionalism!.”
Jordan Raynor
