About My Services

4LIFESTEPS COACHING & CONSULTING® originated with a passion to see ordinary people and organizations find that exceptional something necessary for a vibrant life and a stronger voice in leadership settings by presenting next level thinking solutions, systems, and strategies designed to help them flourish in their best place of influence with extraordinary success. It’s a big dream, but also a very rewarding one when people, leaders, and organizations reimagine their limits, unlock their potential, and begin to pursue new possibilities.

4LIFESTEPS COACHING & CONSULTING® is not a counselling service. This is a coaching business. As an ICF Certified Flourishing Coach™ educated and equipped with both a Life Coaching Certification and a Leadership Coaching Certification, I specialize in success and vitalization coaching, offering personal, professional, and even pastoral coaching to individuals, groups, teams, business leaders, managers, and difference-makers seeking to turn average life and leadership experiences into exceptional success stories. Clients benefit from coaching with greater clarity, conviction, and confidence that quickly and consistently emerges in a mission-driven, values-centred form of leadership highlighting legacy-building results.

My coaching style is life-focused while remaining leadership-based, using my uniquely created L.I.F.E. GRID™ and 4LIFESTEPS Flourishing Flywheel™ System to lead clients through a process of identifying passions and patterns by teaching principles that position them for a life and leadership beyond existence into a place of vibrance. My target clients are everyday leaders—entry-level leaders, emerging leaders, executive-level leaders, and exit-level leaders—and those aspiring more out of life or further leadership development. I do all this through 1-1 coaching sessions, group teaching and training, team building sessions, keynote presentations, workshops, seminars, speaking engagements, and development programs.
